Do you offer virtual or telehealth therapy?
Yes! We provide online therapy to those in New York State and South Carolina.
How much does therapy cost?
Pricing depends on the contract with your insurance company. If you have a deductible or co-pay, you are responsible for paying that amount at the time of your appointment.
How long does therapy last?
Therapy sessions run 50-60 minutes long. When you first start therapy, we’ll likely see you once a week to assess your concerns and establish goals. From there, we’ll work with you to schedule appointments to meet your needs. Many of our clients meet every other week for a few months until their concerns that brought them into therapy are resolved. Other clients choose to continue to meet once a month for support to maintain the changes they have made.
